Service Requests

We have a member of our community who is a landlord, and she wishes to make first contact to other landlord properties to hopefully offer solutions on a one on one basis. This process should hopefully encourage other landlords in the area to take an active interest in our neighborhood!

Below is a list of known open reports to the 311 service. Our goal with this page should hopefully alleviate any duplicate information in the system. We have had a great response from property owners and the Columbus 311 service and hope to keep it working smoothly. Note: due to cold weather , the 311 service has temporarily suspended any graffiti removal until warmer temperatures.

All reports of graffiti should be able to be addressed by the city to the benefit of the home owner. When reports of graffiti are on private property, the city inspector will leave the property owner the report information and a Release Letter allowing the city to perform the cleanup at no charge to the property owner.

 Reports received and still open:

  • As of August 24th, 2013 we do not know of current outstanding 311 requests. Let us know the request number if you have placed one recently so we can share. This will hopefully alleviate duplicate requests
