Help us to keep Halloween Beggars Night alive in SoHud and nearby neighborhoods. Here’s how:
Treat Givers:
- If you will be offering Halloween goodies to Trick-or-Treaters and would like to be added to this year’s Treat Map, please signup via the SoHud Trick or Treat Google Form with your address, by Oct 29.
Yard Share – If you would like to hand out treats from one of the higher density blocks on the map or if you would like to offer porch space to someone wishing to join in the fun in one of the higher density blocks, please let us know in the form above !!!
. - Convince your neighbors to join the fun! The more treat-givers there are near you, the more visitors you will get!
- On Halloween, decorate your place to clearly let Trick-or-Treaters know you are participating. If you need it, you are welcome to use this sign (prints out on 3 pages that you can tape together):
==> If your house is one of the outliers on the map, with not many other treat givers nearby, then you probably won’t get many visitors. So, talk to your neighbors and see if you can get them to join in & increase your chances of seeing trick-or-treaters!
Treat Seekers:
At each marker on this map, our little beggars will find Tricks or Treats abundant. Click the square brackets on the top right of the map toolbar to open larger in a new window!
A limited number of printed maps will be available at the MaySum Laundromat after October 29th, too.
