The topic for May is “Nuisance Businesses”
We will have representatives from the City Attorney’s Office, the Columbus Police Department, City Council, The Mayor’s Neighborhood Liaison, and possibly the Environmental Court, and/or the Ohio Legislature. **PLEASE BRING WRITTEN LISTING OF EVENTS THAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE** We will learn what the City procedure is for for declaring a business to be a nuisance, and what options there are for neighbors to take action.
