Today, February 14th 2013, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, someone who has been placing their tags in the area recently did this little number at Oakland and 4th Avenue. If you saw this activity taking place, or have any information about who may have vandalized the side of this building…. Please Please Please make that call to Columbus Police at 645-4545.
